- Bookings & Appointments: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. Deposits may be required. Late arrivals may reduce service time. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Medical cancellations require a valid sick certificate for deposit refund.
- Pricing & Payment: All prices are in AUD and include GST. Prices may change without notice. Payments accepted include cash, EFTPOS, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets.
- Refunds & Guarantees: Refunds are provided only in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. No refunds for change of mind. Any service concerns must be reported within 7 days. Refer to our refund policy.
- Health & Safety: Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before treatment. We follow strict hygiene protocols and are not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed information.
